The School Immunisation team have booked to come into Bridge on Tuesday 7th December to administer the 12-15 years Covid Vaccinations and the Flu vaccinations.  Bridge have sent out the consent forms on behalf of the SIAT which require completion and return to school urgently. Please see link below for copy of letter.
