Sheila McMahon, originally from the south west of Ireland, is a qualified Counsellor and a Comedienne. At Bridge school she does mental well being sessions with the pupils, offering them a safe place to share their issues and make sense of their feelings.
She teaches Mindfulness and Drama where self-confidence, personal development and fun are combined to offer variety and stimulation for the pupils. She also supports the staff mental well-being talks, sessions and comedy. Her motto is Life is too serious to be taken seriously-besides no-one gets out alive anyway!
